Comment in response to TImes of India - 21 Sept, 2008

This columnist is a U.S. propagandist in big way. U.S is the worst country better than Mexico when compared to all it's developed nations club. Either this columnist has been brainwashed or he is purposefully doing it for creating a better image for U.S. in India. P.R. or lap dog.
U.S. has the largest population of poor in all the developed countries with social spending has been cut in a such large scale that their health care system is one of the worst. Same for education, sending aid(one of the lowest) despite being richest in the world. About 40% of their GDP goes toward Arms and war lobby industry that is why it is the most rouge state in the world waging war for corporate profits (Halliburton, Blackwater, and many), killing people (Iraq, Afghanistan, Serbia, Vietnam, Philippines, Hawaii, and many), toppling governments that don't listen to their corporate friends(Chile, Columbia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, and the list goes on). Mainstream media is totally in control of corporations that they don't bring out the truth. Read any books by Noam Chomsky, Michael Albert or search American alternative media on the web and you will be closer to the truth.
About this financial bailout, it is never the money flows from rich to poor. Always the opposite. And whose money government is giving. Peoples money. Taxes collected from people working on minimum wage. Money that should be spent on health care, education, poverty reduction, senior care, etc, well, 100 times of that is being spent on saving businesses that went under of their own doing. I am not surprised to see this article on TOI, and won't be if they put my comment on the website.

While talking to one of my clients I found out that Romanians could not leave country under Caucescu whereas Yugoslavians, immediate neighbours, under Bishop Tito were free to work anywhere in the world and bring money home. Both countries were using communist government systems but due to their leaders, outcome was totally opposite. One was viewed as a reformer, statesman, fatherlike and other was one of worst dictator. But there is one interesting fact about Romania. The older generation and the poor where better off in communism as compare to now under so called democracy.
Is this true that for masses at large, like daily labourers, very old seniors communism or socialism is better that capitalism like in U.S.A or Canada. Whatever the case is, there is more control on government policies in a single party system than in a multi party system. The reason being, in either cases, a good government is the one who implements policies for the well being of population at large in a country. If the government is run by business driven money grabber power hungry rich groups, even it is a democracy, you can still call it dictatorship.
To be cont...
